Recruitment Process

How we hire

Screening Call
20 minutes, via MS Teams
Your interview journey starts with a conversation with one of our talent acquisition specialists. We’ll dive into your background, your goals, and see how you could fit into the team.

Technical Interview
30–45 minutes, via MS Teams
In this step, you’ll meet the hiring manager. It’s your opportunity to better understand the role, connect with the team, and highlight your background and experience.

Technical Assignment
20 minutes, via MS Teams
You’ll be asked to complete a technical assignment—an opportunity to demonstrate your critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Your recruiter will provide all the details in advance, so you know exactly what to expect.

Cultural Fit Interview  
1 hour, onsite
You’re nearly at the finish line. In the final stage of the recruitment process, you’ll meet with the leadership team leading the function you’ll be working in. We’ll dive into values, teamwork, and cultural fit.

Hiring Decision and Offer 
After thorough evaluation, your recruiter will contact you with an offer outlining all key details - compensation, benefits, and more. Once you accept, we’ll start the onboarding process to prepare you for your first day.
